1. Eligibility:

   • The product must be identical in brand, model, size, and color.
   • The lower price must be from a competitor’s website, an authorized retailer, or a physical store location.
   • The price comparison must be before your purchase or within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Price Match:

   • Contact our customer support team with the product details, including the competitor's price, and a link to their offer.
   • Our team will verify the information, and once confirmed, we’ll match the price or offer a better deal.

3. Exclusions:

   • Price matches are not applicable to clearance items, limited-time promotions, bundled offers, or offers from third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
   • Price match requests must be for items in stock and available for purchase from the competitor.

4. Refunds for Price Difference:

   • If the price difference is found after you’ve made your purchase, we’ll issue a refund for the difference within 7 business days.
